Nice quality but...... Sent on 04 September 2010
Not a bad cover. Nice leather, neat design , but overpriced, particularly when you consider the kindle is only 3 times the prices of this cover. And wouldnt it have been nice to make it left or right handed. The kindle is great having the page switches on both sides. but the cover makes the left hand switches harder to use. I do think the kindle should have come packaged with a cheap sleeve and feel this is a bit of a marketing rip off , (there is no way I can walk round with the kindle unprotected). But, have to say, it does the job. Just well overpriced.

Very good quality leather cover, nice touch with the elastic band that is recessed into the cover, a bit over priced but well worth it, if you carry your kindle
around with you, it prevents the odd scratch and scuff marks and most importantly the cover is quiet rigid so the e-ink screen is well protected, also if you drop the kindle in this cover, the cover absorbs the fall quiet well, so far I am happy with this purchase.

The cover is decent quality but over the top price wise. I think the Kindle 3 is being sold at a marked down price because of competition in the market. Beacause of this, they are making way too much on the accessories to make up for the shortfall. As I said, the cover is decent quality and has a unique fastener for Kindle, but as other people have commented £15 would have been a fair price. When you put the two together (I have ordered the £109 model) it still looks good value as a package, so I,m not too upset with Amazon.

I paid the same sum for the leather cover on my Sony reader which broke within 5 days.
